  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices, offers, and promotions may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible PIN codes only.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Violation of these Terms

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

AMBRE PARIS follows a No Refund Policy.

Replacement requests are accepted only when:

  • The product is received damaged during transit.

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

A valid, continuous unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package until inspection of the product is mandatory for all damage or incorrect product claims.

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Fragrance preference or dissatisfaction with the scent.

  • Longevity or projection expectations.

  • Minor packaging variations.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances unless required by applicable law. Eligible claims will be resolved through replacement only.
