At Ambre, we take pride in delivering refined, high-quality fragrances. Each order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
Please review our policy before making a purchase.
1. Replacement Window (3 Days Only)
Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)
To claim a replacement for a damaged or defective product:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must show:
- Sealed package condition
- Opening process
- Visible damage/defect
⚠️ Claims without valid video proof will be rejected.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy (Replacement Only)
All purchases made on Ambre are non-refundable.
- ❌ Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
- 🔁 Only replacements will be provided, subject to eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fragrance preference or personal dislike
- Expectation mismatch
- Incorrect assumptions about the product
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable. Only valid cases of damage or defect (with proper proof) will qualify for a replacement, not a refund.
4. Replacement Only Policy
- Eligible cases (damaged/defective items with valid proof) will receive a replacement only
- No refunds will be processed, even in approved cases
5. Product Preference / Expectation
Fragrance is subjective in nature.
- If the product delivered matches your order:
- No return or refund will be accepted based on personal preference
- No replacement will be issued in such cases
6. Conditions for Replacement Approval
A replacement will only be approved if:
- Request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- A valid unboxing video is provided
- Product is unused and in original condition (except damaged items)
7. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept claims for:
- Used or partially used products
- Missing video proof
- Requests after 3 days
- Minor packaging or batch variations
8. Rights Reserved
Ambre reserves the right to:
- Verify all claims before approval
- Reject requests that do not meet the stated criteria
- Update or modify this policy without prior notice
